Customer is fully responsible for selecting the items they order, including any alternative or substitution part numbers they choose. All information we provide about spare parts and possible substitutions is for guidance only. If a customer orders a part that has been discontinued, PartzAmazon.com may supply an OEM replacement part number. If the substitute part is cheaper than the original item, the difference in price will not be refunded.

By placing an order for spare parts or substitution parts, the customer accepts full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of the part numbers they provide. PartzAmazon.com is not liable for mistakes in part numbers or for parts that are not suitable for the customer’s vehicle when those numbers were supplied by the customer.

We do not guarantee that all ordered items will be available. An order may be cancelled or only partially fulfilled. For items that are not available, the customer will receive a refund for the item and any related shipping charges, where applicable. In some cases, only the item cost will be refunded if the item is very light and does not materially affect the courier’s minimum charge (for example, a 1 kg minimum weight).

Payments made on our site cover the cost of the items and the international shipping charges only. The customer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage, admin or handling fees that may be applied by the courier or authorities in the destination country.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees that PartzAmazon.com may open and inspect products before shipping for safety and quality control reasons. To prevent damage in transit, some product packaging may be opened and then re-sealed by our warehouse team.

All parts sold by PartzAmazon.com are supplied without manufacturer warranty. All parts are sourced from its respective authentic manufacturers/suppliers.
